All orders are processed the next business day after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

We offer Australia-wide shipping via trusted postal carriers such as Australia Post.

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Asal Skin is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the parcel.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the postal carrier.

Asal Skin is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Weather events
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

If your parcel appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in locating the shipment.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and assist accordingly.
