Return & Refund Policy – Asal Skin

Thank you for shopping with Asal Skin. We value our customers and want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or tampered skincare products.

We may accept returns for eligible items if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, leaking, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A refund where applicable

Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for products that arrive faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was advertised.  

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or if you simply decide you no longer want the item.

Please choose carefully and read product descriptions before purchasing.

Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivity

As skincare products can react differently depending on individual skin types, we strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use.

We do not provide refunds for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or adverse reactions unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if necessary.

Sale Items & Promotions

Sale items, promotional products, gift cards, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law.  

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
